I’m Patricia Sallé, former corporate workaholic and the founder of Get Gutsy Now. I use my expertise in a wide range of holistic well-being practices and my own personal well-being journey to help people like you—big-hearted expats, mums and professionals exhausted by the pace of their lives—prioritise their health. I’m known for my contagious enthusiasm and my conviction that small steps lead to deep and sustainable change.

One-on-one sessions
A tailor-made session devoted entirely to what you need right now to be your happiest and healthiest self. These sessions are an opportunity for you to get gutsy (my way of saying brave) in a supportive environment. I inspire and motivate you to ask for the care you need. I also educate you about how best to create a better connection between your body and your mind in your every day. My well-being tool box includes coaching sessions, yin yoga and massage all tailored to your personal needs.

This is a chance for you to take charge of your well-being alongside like-minded people on a similar journey to your own. I bring people together by regularly hosting detox weekends, yoga workshops, nutrition talks and chair massages for corporate services.
